The following is a photo of my father, John F. Diviney, back row far right, with the crew of the Hard To Get.
They were shot down near the Poesti Oil Flields at the end of May in 1944.
My father flew nose gunner on the ill-fated final flight. He was not a regular member of the crew but a replacement on that day.
