Forbidden Area
A 1946 Publication written by Pat Frank

“Forbidden Area” by Pat Frank. It’s a Cold War thriller. The book centers around Strategic Air Command bombers being sabotaged.
There are references to the Cottontails whom the author describes as a “hard luck” outfit which was losing planes to saboteurs.
Even though this is a work of fiction, the author was an O.S.S. agent during the war so he may have been using first-hand knowledge about the Cottontails.

Anyone have any first hand knowledge of sabotage in Manduria?
