Claude Bisby

The "portrait" was taken in Italy (he and my Dad both had one of these done as a "joke", these came to be known as their "World Famous Flying Ace" pictures).

Biz with my Dad (S/Sgt James Grossman, 376th/515th Salscheider's Crew/nosegunner).

My Dad was with the 376th out of San Pancrazio Italy, he and "Biz" (as he was affectionately known) were best friends and remained such until Biz's death several years ago.
Pictures provided by Bess Wening, proud daughter of S/Sgt. James Grossman, 376th/515th
